What we collect

Engage collects the following information when you use our service:

• Your email address and name when you create an account
• Your social media usernames (handles) for platforms you connect
• Public post data from your connected social media accounts (likes, comments, shares, view counts, post text)
• Usage data such as which features you use and how often

How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the Engage service — calculating engagement scores, displaying analytics, and generating insights. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third-party services

Engage uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and database storage
• Apify — for collecting public social media data
• Stripe — for payment processing (we never see your full card number)

Data retention

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@rsautomate.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.

The service

Engage is a social media analytics tool that aggregates and displays publicly available data from social media platforms you connect. By using Engage, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 13 years or older to use Engage. You may only connect social media accounts that you own or have permission to track.

Subscription and billing

The Pro plan is billed at $9.99 per month and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your profile settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Engage to track accounts you do not own, to attempt to scrape or extract data in bulk, or to use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Limitation of liability

Engage is provided "as is." We are not liable for any interruptions in service, data inaccuracies, or losses arising from your use of the platform.
